hi my name is caroline and I think it was last year I started a blog but was just but I just was not menrally prepared to keep it up. So in dobhave an account but I want to start over. Start fresh. How do I do that?

Do not delete your old blog, unless you’re sure you do not want to use that blog address ever again. Instead, you can empty your site as explained here:
