Hello!
I have had a blog on WordPress 2 years ago and my domain was http://www.marinablueeyes.com. I didn’t renew my contract with WorldPress and my blog got deleted with all its posts.
Is it possible to retrieve it and make it alive again if I renew my contract?

It doesn’t appear that you had your site hosted here at WordPress.com – we have no record of that domain being used on any site here nor were there any purchases made tied to this domain. Note you need to have a paid plan in order to use your domain here at WordPress.com
It sounds like you may have been using the WordPress software (from WordPress.org) on another hosting provider? If so, unless you downloaded a backup of your site and its database prior to your hosting contract expiring, I’m afraid your site content would have been deleted by the host.
Additionally, the domain itself appears to be registered to a company out of Hong Kong and directs to a domain parking page, so you would not be able to repurchase the domain at this time.
You could use the Archive.org Wayback Machine to try and find an old, cached version of your content and try and replicate it on a new site/new domain.
