I have an old blog that I have lost the login details for and there is a post that has information about friends in a country where they could be harmed for the information being on the internet. I have been trying to take it down all night but have been unable. Is there a way to remove this post quickly?
Thank youThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Here’s a link to reset your password: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
You need either your username or email that you used to create this account.
An email will be sent to your Primary Email address that includes a password reset link.I also added modlook tag, and one of the staff members will get back to you.

I believe that the username for that old site is fpennington. You could try that username with the reset password link provided above.

Unfortunately I’ve lost my login details for this email. This is why I need the post taken down

Hi there,
Our account recovery process is the only way that we can give you access to that account.
But we cannot remove that content from the site without the verified owner’s consent.
You can try reporting the content via our Terms of Service complaint form, and give more information on exactly what risk this content poses and why it should be removed, then our TOS team can review it, but I cannot make any guarantees that it will be taken down.

How could I securely tell someone about the risks of the post? I feel putting it on a forum post like this isnt exactly secure. I submitted a form saying personal details and that people were at risk in the names and countries supplied but I wasnt sure how much detail because that’s the reason we’re trying to take it off.

Hi there,
The information you submitted on that form is not publicly visible. Please wait for a reply from our Terms of Service team.
