I haven’t logged in to my blog for 10 years. Want to close it but can’t remember email, phone has changed etc. What can I do? I didn’t have the details asked for on account recovery form. -

I am adding modlook tag to this thread for staff’s attention as they are the ones who can help you with closing/deleting your account.
Meanwhile, can you please provide a bit more details for them to help you out.

@ericweinman I’m sure you can understand we need to have some proof of ownership before closing somebody’s website. Please send a link to the site. Please also try to figure out what email addresses you were using around that time, so you can check those with our password reset form.

The site is catherinejenkins.wordpress.com i have tried several email accounts :( I own the domain that it links to in post articles and happy to email any staff from it to prove that. As i said it was 10 years ago….
Btw logged in as Eric as I helped him build his site.

Got it. Can you please email
passwordhelp@wordpress.comand explain you would like to close the site? Please let them know what email address may be attached to it, even if that address no longer exists.
