  on the account I use right now, I want to change my URL back to the URL I originally used on this account. unfortunately, when I try to change my address it says that URL is already taken – but when you type it in, WordPress says this site has been deleted! I made a mistake changing it, and I want it back! it’s only ‘taken’ by me, so why is this a problem!

  Hello,

  Unfortunately, once deactivated/deleted, it cannot be recovered. There are warning messages throughout the process of deactivation/deletion. In some cases, if it has been two years or more and no conflicts, then it is possible.
