Old blog title … but i want it

Hey guys, i have searched around but cant seem to find anything relating to this.
Anyways … here it is
I want a particular url for my new venture, but it has been taken.
I checked the blog and there hasnt been a post there for about a year now.
is there any measure i can take to get this url, any help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress does not close blogs, whether they are active or not.
