Old Blog's Content?

  How do I change my blog address without losing its content? Transferred the blog and nothing changed per se! I still have two blogs: “the old one with content” and “the new ‘transferred one’ with no content” at all.

  Is it possible to MERGE them both? I want to keep my blog, but need to change the address because it’s confusing my followers on Facebook and other social accounts. How do I do that?

  THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT, BUT NOBODY REPLIES… AS USUAL.

  Have you tried searching support documentation here http://en.suport.wordpress.com for “export” or “moving a blog”? That’s how you can accomplish what you want. You export a copy of the content out of one blog and import it into the other.

  If you already own the blog, please follow these steps:

  Log into the old blog, go to Tools → Export, and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.
  In the new blog, go to Tools → Import → WordPress, and upload the file you downloaded in step 1. After you upload the file, you can choose the option to Download & import file attachments if you want to move your media files. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/

  I messed it all up. Bought an unnecessary transfer before reading your reply. I think I lost my blog. So heartbroken.
