Old but Active Account Access

I have an older account that has not been accessed in a while, I am trying to access it. I have not codes or a bill or other info to provide. You do not accept my email addresses, I have wasted two days trying to speak with someone. WordPress has been impossible to work with, cant email, cant call, cant do anything, I cant ask any questions… Please assist.

Sorry to hear it! We do have to have convincing evidence that the account actually belongs to you, though. Otherwise, anyone could walk in and take over your site just by saying it’s theirs.
If it was a free site, your best bet will be regaining access to email.
– Try commenting on the site, then check all of your emails. The one that gets a notification (assuming you have them on, which is default) is the one you can use to recover access. Be sure to check all addresses you might have used back when you set up the site. You can ask your friends what addresses they have in their contacts, too.
– If you know what the address was but cannot access that anymore, you may be able to do account recovery with your previous email provider.
