old domain

  Hi, I had created a domain argentumdreams.wordpress.com, uploaded some things to it and then it happened that it was deleted. It’s still listed as my site on my WordPress profile though.
  Is there any way I could use ‘argentumdreams’ as my domain name again?

  As stated in the Delete Site documentation page, the name cannot be used again.

  Hi !

  The short answer is no, you won’t be able to re-use that domain name again. When did you delete it?

  What you could do is add number at the end, something like argentumdreams1.wordpress.com, or change the name a bit.

  Here is some more info regarding deleted sites:

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
