Good morning –
Thanks for the tag justjennifer :)

mswillnotwin,Don’t worry. We will get you straightened around!
Here’s what I can see. On the account that you have used to contact us (mswillnotwin) you purchased mswillnotstopme.blog on 2019-02-26 and paid £27.00. That money was refunded on 2019-03-02 when that purchase was cancelled.
Refunds typically take about ten days to reach your account. Of course that can vary depending on their individual processing times.
As for mswontstopme.com: This domain was actually registered over at BlueHost and is currently connected to them. Again, don’t worry, you can still use that domain here at WordPress.com. It will not be an issue.
Follow these steps.
1. Add a plan back to your WordPress.com account. Go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and select the personal option again.2. Contact BlueHost support, and ask them to point your domain to WordPress.com. This process is known as domain mapping. They need to update the name servers on the domain to point to us. Check out step #2 on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
What this means is that your domain is registered at BlueHost and pointed to us. You will be paying both companies. The domain registration at BlueHost, and the Mapping to WordPress.com. Each year you have to renew both things in order for the site to continue working.
Now, once your domain at BlueHost is 60 days old you can transfer it in to WordPress.com and we will become your new registrar. At that point you’d be done with BlueHost and only have money going to one place. This will help limit confusion when it comes time to renew the domain next year. We will help you with that process when the time comes and if you are interested. I don’t want to dump too much info on you at once. I know it is confusing starting out :)
Write back to me here with any additional questions.
