Why is my homepage going back to my old domain name whenever I click on it?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The old one is
lovedisneforever.wordpress.com
the new is
longlivethemouse.wordpress.com

Not when i click that site sorry i mean when you are on my site and you click on any page then click on the home button
