Old domain name shown when hovering over avatars in Discussion settings
-
I originally registered a domain name called catholicnewbie, and activated Jetpack with it. I created a WordPress username of catholicnewbie. I subsequently decided not to use that domain name, returned the domain name to Bluehost, and deinstalled the WordPress installation. I have now registered passionapapist.com and installed WordPress. However, when I go into my Dashboard, Discussion settings, and hover over the avatars, I see catholicnewbie displayed for my profile. I don’t understand how catholicnewbie can still be known about when I deinstalled it. Is there something else I can do? Can you delete my catholicnewbie wordpress account? Will it make a difference?

It seems your domain is connected to ‘passionatepapist’ and not ‘catholicnewbie’.
Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this issue?
Feel free to upload the screenshot to your blog and post the link in this thread. -
Thanks for the reply. Mysteriously enough, the old domain name has now disappeared, and the correct one is in place, although I did not knowingly change anything that would have done that. Anyway, problem is solved at this point. Thanks!
