Old domain visable new one not

  I have just purchased a new domain and my old one is the only one showing how can I change this so I can manage my new domain

  What are the URL of both domains? I do not see an old or new domain under the account that you contacted us from. Do you have another account where you purchased the domains?

  If so, log into the account associated with the upgrades and post in this thread to confirm ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in setting up your new domain as your primary domain.
