old draft text showing up in links to blog page, help please

I’m not sure what this box is for, assuming details. When I paste a link to my blog page in facebook for example, the link preview is showing old info that I removed from the blog page. I don’t want it to show this. Why isn’t is using the most recent draft? Is this fixable? Also, the associated image is not showing up in the link preview either though an empty box is with an “x” upper right (box is to the left of the text in fb comment pane when entering the info). Thanks for any help. Also, in case you might know, I used to be able to choose from 5-6 colors and tried to switch my color but now the option is gone from my purchased theme, unless I am mistaking it for the other theme…

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Facebook saves information about your site and uses that information when you share a link to your site there. It can take Facebook some time to update that information after you make a change, but you can try speeding up the process with Facebook’s debugger tool:

    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

You can enter the link there and click the “Debug” button. Then, you can click on “Fetch new scrape information” to ask Facebook to update the information they have saved.

If you run into trouble with that, please let me know!
