Old email account login

  Hi. I’m not sure if it’s the right place to ask this question but it’s important and I hope someone can answer. This (email visible only to moderators and staff) was the email address of my account, it’s an old one and I might have changed it, because the login says the account doesn’t exist. Is there any way to know if I changed the mail to access to my old account? Or to recover my account if I mistakenly deleted it years ago? (There is some important stuff in there I need to recover.)
