Old email for account was deleted; how to get access to account?

    I was a college student with an email connected to my university, but because the email has been deleted after I graduated, I can no longer update the password to my wordpress account, Seay the World.

    If possible, I can give you confirmation from Wake Forest University that I was in fact the user of (email visible only to moderators and staff), the email the account was connected to or I can submit some proof of identification, such as my passport or license. I just really want to be able to change the email for my blog and be able to make posts again. I haven’t updated it in three years, which is why this problem occured.

    Hi there,

    If you no longer have access to the email you used to create that account, and your university can’t temporarily reactivate it for you so you can regain access, then the only other way to gain access to that account is via the account recovery form. You will need to provide some form of verification of your ownership when you submit that form.

    That is the only way we would be able to give you access to another account.
