Old Gravatar when I leave comments on some sites

  This doesn’t have to do with my blog specifically, but when I post to other people’s blogs my old Gravatar is still showing. It’s been about a week since I’ve changed it.

  Any ideas? I think it may be specific comment systems, but I can’t discern why because its several. One place it DOESN’T do it is IntenseDebate and WordPress comment systems.
