Old items stay in shopping cart

    Hello,

    We sell yearly products. This year something strange.
    When customers have put the article in the shopping cart a year ago, it is still there (after a year). When they want to order the new item, the old item appears in the shopping cart. Which is confusing and time consuming.
    Is there anyway to refresh this remotely/in the carts of my customers? Never had this problem before. Thanks!
