old passive blog, all videoclips are gone

Hello!
My page about birds, was active many years ago.
Im unhappy cause all videos are gone!
The page was partly made to honour an older man that died
and he loved birds, and also i do nowadays.They disappeared perhaps about 2 – 3 years ago, I dont know.
I know that wordpress not stores the clips and this where links
to Youtube, but they dont answer anything.
im happy for the trustful wordpress but not att all for some Youtube
and Facebook behaviour.Some idea what to do?

Hi there,
If YouTube or any other video service that you may have used deleted the videos there’s no way to get them back unless you have a local copy of them.
I know this is upsetting, but that’s the case with video hosting sites.

Its hard to believe, if they delete harmless clips that are my own, from small birds outside my house, they can delete anything any time.
There are so much junk, limited to criminality that they dont delete.
Then one must always backup in local, or use some other service.An extra problem is that i had several mailadresses and cant remember which i used for that account. Probably one that is no more provided, at operamail that closed the mail service.
If Google owns Youtube, dont they copy everything everywhere?
Or are they most intrested of personal data? -

As far as I know, content that doesn’t violate their terms of service doesn’t get deleted. Can you let me know the URL of a post or a page that the video has been removed so I can have a closer look?

If the site you’re referring to is fiffina.wordpress.com, then it is under the account you’re currently using to contact us and not on a different account.

With mailadress I think of which i used to register at Youtube, about 10 years ago.

Thanks for the link. It may also be that the user who uploaded the missing videos deleted them or set them to private, or deleted their account, or something like that.
Do you remember the YouTube username of the person who uploaded any of them, or one of the others that have gone missing? Were they all from the same user?
If you remember the name or username of one of them, you can search on YouTube to see if you can find them.

Yes, that would normally be the explanations, but it was same user for all videos and that was I, and at one and same account. I never deleted any video that was linked to wordpress /fiffina
But later I started another account at Youtube cause I wanted this bird-videos to be separated, ofcourse not necessary but that what I did.
Nothing strange happened at the other account, the few videos i uploaded are still there.
And I cant remember the username or any accountdetails from the account that is probably deleted.
I thought perhaps the WordPress-link to any of the videos would be helpful -

Unfortunately not. If you try to visit the video from the post you gave above directly for example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9gXF50I3iUU, you’ll see it only shows an unavailable message there, with no other info.
So at this point the only people who might be able to help you are the folks at Google. If the account still exists, they might be able to help you recover access, at least.

To get an answer from Google seem to me, after what i Heard, be as “easy” as getting an answer from the (regular sort of) president in the USA, and Google seem for me and many othr here in Sweden, trying to take the commando over everyone on this planet. not at all caring of anything else than the Court, if even that. Human thinking seems not to exist there.
