Old Peachjar WordPress Site

  Hi, I work in marketing for Peachjar. We are trying to access this old Peachjar blog that was created by the former marketing team at the company. They did not leave any passwords so we have no access. I have tried going though the account recovery process but I cannot complete it because I don’t have proof of ownership. All I know now is that I work at the company and know that it was once ours. Can anyone help?

  Hi @colinviti, could you send a link to the site? If they set it up with a company email address, you may able to comment on the site to see where the notification goes. Then you could reset the password with that email.

  Again, if you’ll send a link to the site, though, we’ll take a look to recommend best next steps.

  When you leave a comment, make sure you leave an actual comment not one that would resemble a spammer (one word replies, replying with “test” or “contact”, etc.) as our Akismet anti-spam software will flag it as spam and the new comment notification would not go out to the site owner.
