Old Post Method

    I understand that companies have to make needless “streamlining” changes to adapt to the flea-like attention span of today’s humans, changes like you folks did to your “new post” format. Is there a reason for no longer offering the use of the old post format?

    Hi there. We can still use the classic editor, we just can’t set it as our default. See here for all the different workarounds to use the classic editor instead: http://git.io/wpcom-restore-classic-ed

    If you use the Greasemonkey user script option, your browser will automatically redirect to the classic editor every time the new one tries to load. That’s as close as you’re going to get to making the classic editor your default.
