Old post photos not working

    I found an old post (13 years ago) where the photos are suddenly not showing up. But when I open the photos in a new tab, they are there. Is there something in the code that’s incorrect that I’m just not seeing?

    Also, I’m worried this is a problem with other old posts as well, and my older posts do get a lot of hits. I don’t have a calendar view of posts on my website, and I can’t seem to figure out in the wordpress dashboard how to see posts by date. All I can pull up is posts from the last 365 days– not helpful. I’d like the go through some of the ones from 2008 and see if the same problem is there as well.

    Also, this particular issue seems to come up when the media folder is called “files” — but the team who handles support for this will know more. Tell them the image gives the error “Multisite support not enabled”.

    Just for a few more details, if I click on the image, it links to this:

    That’s the correct address. But the image embed looks for this:

    Did you have the media folder set to “files” back then?

    No, I never would have changed the folder locations– I have always just uploaded pictures to the media space I pay for. I’ll reach out to WordPress. Since I pay for the business plan, I’m thinking it must come with some support. Thanks!
