It looks like the first six posts displaying have been set as “Featured” posts. You can find more about that in your theme instructions: https://wordpress.com/theme/apostrophe-2

@jaimemoniz, click on the link that themagicrobot provided, and scroll down to the heading “Featured Content” (it’s fairly far down).
There it tells you how to choose a tag that you can add into up to 6 posts (old or new) to make them “featured”. In your theme, apparently “featured” means that those posts you tag as “featured” will always stay above the other posts on your blog on your homepage. So, if you don’t want the post to be up at the top anymore, remove that tag from the post,
To learn about tags and how to use them, click on SUPPORT in the upper right of this page. Search there for tags.
Note: in some themes, marking a post as “Sticky” will also put it in featured position. I don’t know about your theme. Making a post sticky is not done with a tag. So if you don’t have any tags in those posts, check to see if the posts are marked “sticky”. I’m sure you can also find out how to do that in SUPPORT.
If none of this helps, come back here and ask again and mark your comment here modlook (type it into the little window over to the right in the sidebar under “Tags”) that will get a staff person to look at this question to help you.
Good luck!
