Old site

  I used to have a wordpress site which I have since canceled (or I believe I did). I recently signed up for a new site, and since then my old one is showing up on google searches as well. I no longer know my login info for that site, but don’t want it coming up. How can I get that taken down?

  The old site is rebeccashepard.com/wordpress, the new site is logosideaarchitecture.com

  Hi there, the rebeccashepard.com/wordpress site looks like it id down and was on Wix, or at least the domain nameservers are pointing to Wix.

  It looks like rebeccashepard.com is registered through Godaddy. What I would suggest would be to go into the domain registration there for that domain, rebeccashepard.com, and set a 301 permanent redirect to your new site. The search engines will see that 301 redirect and begin to correct their search indexes and the older site results will likely disappear from the search engines within a month or so, but in the meantime, they will be redirect to your new site.

  If you have problems with that, ask Godaddy technical support and they should be able to help you get that done.
