Old site not working well with Hostgator

    Hello,
    I have a WordPress made site that I have had for years. It is no longer functioning will and constantly has problems. I’d like to keep the information from it to build a new site and the Domain Name. Is this possible? It says the Site is not transferable?

    However, if the site is having lots of issues, I would recommend exporting your site content, such as the posts and pages. Once exported, you can import this content into your new site. This way your site content will be transferred but not the site infrastructure, so that any problematic plugins or other issues will not carry over.
