Old site now has bad links–can you delete them?
-
Hi. I used to have a WordPress.com site, but I do not have access to it anymore because I no longer have the email address associated with it.
I desperately need to delete a bad link on that WordPress.com site we used to use because now the URL associated with that email address links to bad stuff, and those old links are on the WordPress.com site (which used to go to good pages).
These links need to be deleted. Actually it’s fine f all of the content is deleted. Can you help? I can send you the link to the WordPress.com site that has the bad links within the text but since this post is public I did not want to do that.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there,
Do you have any other information as outlined in our Account Recovery guide?

We won’t be able to grant access with out the proof of ownership described on the account recovery form. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Well, since I no longer own that domain name it makes sense that I no longer have that email
address. -
If you had an upgrade with us, you can recover with your transaction ID:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receiptJust don’t post it here. If you have it, you can use it in the form, or we can email.
