Old site still showing up as connected

  I have an old site http://brucem21.sg-host.com still showing up as connected to my wordpress account and i need it removed please :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi! Just to check, are you able to remove this site from your WordPress.com account by going to Switch Sites > http://brucem21.sg-host.com/ and then checking at the bottom of the Settings > General page? There should be an option which lets you manage the connection – this can let you remove it from your WordPress.com account.
