Your blog is private so how can you expect that it will be indexed by search engines?
To change blog visibility to PUBLIC go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 1 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
Read this please https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

No you didn’t answer the question. I only just set it to private today to see if it would change the result on the google search. When you type in “mooks skip bins” into google, the phone number is wrong, it has not updated to match my blog. Only when you click the search result itself- then it redirects you to the up to date blog with the new number in the tagline.
Please help -
Google takes up to seven weeks to index new blogs; it can take that long to update snapshots of existing blogs.
Once you set it to Private, you sort of cursed yourself, because it takes LONGER to get properly indexed by Google when you go from private to public than it does when you create a brand new blog. It can be longer than two months.
