Old twitter username

  Last year I changed my username (both on WordPress as on Twitter). This went oke, except for the sharebuttons.

  Whenever someone shares a post, it mentions my old username in the tweet. I cannot find where this is coming from. Everything (jetpack, publicize) looks as if it is adapted to the new username.

  When I remove my new username from the share options it should display @wordpressdotcom but it then still uses my old username. What can I do to change that?
