Old, unused account shows on stats drop down

On the drop down in the top-right corner of the stats page I can select one of my other WordPress sites.

If I get to the stats page from the dashboard, it behaves as expected. That is, I can see my main blog as well as one I’m temporarily looking after for someone else. That’s all good.

Now if I use the menu bar across the top of the page to go elsewhere, say to Freshly Pressed, then return using the Stats menu item, a third entry loads into the drop-down: billbennett.co.nz (jetpack)

This is a hangover from when my site was self-hosted. That site no longer exists. The domain is redirected to my WordPress.com blog.

Is there a way to delete this from the drop down? It’s not a big problem, just mildly annoying. But I also worry it could be a future problem having things like that left in the database.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Bill,

Sure! That is not a problem. I’ve gone ahead and removed it for you. You shouldn’t see it appearing any longer in that drop down.

Of course if you change your mind in the future, you can just re-connect Jetpack at any time.

    Have a great week!
