Old URLs for Individual posts…redirect.

  I changed by blog url, now all of my links that are out on pinterest and things are broken. Is there a way to do a redirect? So if the link was orinigally to here http://hannahwatanabe.wordpress.com/2012/03/31/diy-cards/, it would go to here http://thehannahconrad.wordpress.com/2012/03/31/diy-cards/ when clicked?

  If you do change your blog address, permalinks to your old address, including search engine results, will be broken unless you purchase a Site Redirect upgrade. http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
