  When does an old username gets available again?

  So it never gets available again? Even if u changed the username bevor u deleted the account

  That is correct.

  In fact, if you change a username, the old username is immediately deleted with no option to reverse the change or restore the deleted name. The 30-day period only applies to usernames for closed accounts, not usernames deleted as part of a username change.

  Once a username is deleted it can never be used by anyone again.
