Old version visible in Google Chrome, up-to-date version in Safari

I hope someone can help me solve this problem. The website I made only appears correctly in Safari. Strangely, on Google Chrome I see a ‘previous’ version. Does anyone have any idea how to push the new version on any browser and device?
