Old videos won't play!

    The videos I uploaded in the past using video press will not work, instead saying ‘Please wait. We are converting this video.’ I asked for help to remedy this last month and received none. I don’t know what to do and can’t find any contact numbers. Please help me to retrieve my son’s childhood!
