  Hello- I am running a student organization, and I used to run the website through WordPress. However, I forgot to renew the domain subscription a year ago (through BlueHost.com), and I’m not sure how I can recover my website. I called BlueHost, and they said they had no record of my account at all. The account is still listed under ‘Profile Links’, but since the domain wasn’t renewed the website isn’t up. Who do I contact about this, and what do I specifically do to get my website back (and hopefully with all of the contact intact)? Thank you in advance.

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the domain you refer to please?

  I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting. And, that is why we are all prompted to provide the relevant URL when we create a new thread.
