  I am creating a new website with WordPress because I cannot log in to my old one. My old email address was changed and I cannot retrieve the password. How do I deal with this?

  You can use the SMS Password Recovery option. Please check all the possible account recovery options.

  Thank you for the quick reply.
  I have just filled out the account recovery form. I am getting lost when trying to do this because the links on my site keep pointing me to the new site. I can only see the old one online with a google search. I do not remember the login information I provided and the email I would use to recover is gone.
  I am hoping that I have provided the right credentials so that I can simply be let into the old site to make edits (or export to the new site I am working on). I did it about 5 years ago without thinking too much about it. I am considering a paid plan but I need to get past this wall first.
