  Hi! I am trying to retrieve access to my two former wordpress domains https://annebrenneke.wordpress.com/ and https://kandieklicke.wordpress.com/ I would like to make a few changes regarding pictures. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the email, I used to connect with, nor do I remember my login data. I really hope you can help me connect to my old sites. My current email adress is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I really appreciate your help on this subject! Best Regards, Anne

  Hi Darnell, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I have tried that earlier, unfortunately I do not have any access to my old email, so I cannot retrieve any of the possible links needed to answer the secuity question. Is there any way for me to access these outdated sites? Thanks in advance, Anne

  Hey there Anne,

  The best bet for you to regain access to both sites is to regain access to the e-mail associated with them both. Is it a matter of the e-mail associated with the account being deactivated?

  Ahh….I see that the admin e-mail address is different than the owner e-mail address. Do you have access to that e-mail address? I could most likely help you get into the sites if you still have access to that e-mail.

  Hi Darnell, wow, you are really on top of it, I appreciate that! No, unfortunately, it was a company email, that I quit working for 3 years ago and have only now realized that my wordpress is connected to it. If there is any other proof I can provide to you that I really am the owner of the blog, I will gladly do it!

  Hey Anne,

  Which one was the company e-mail? The e-mail that is connected to WordPress or the admin e-mail?

  What I can do if you do not remember the admin e-mail is e-mail the admin address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.
