old website

Please help. There is an old blog on wordpress created over 10 yrs ago and which has been inactive since 2013. In 2012 a blog was created that concerned me- it publishes my name, a photo of me and makes a statement it attributes tome. I did no give my permission for any of this. I have eventually tracked down the website creator who tells me he no longer has the email address of that website, it no longer exists, and he wishes to delete the website but cannot because he doesn not have the original email associated whit it. WordPress refuses to delete it . As a result, MY personal data remain permanently on the internet . This is unacceptable. can you please let me know HOW i can get my data off the itenret. it is not fair that individuals create temporary blogs , move on and lose the details but the data of OTHER people is left behind and they can do nothing about it. Please help me GET MY DATA OFF YOUR PLATFORM

i will try, thank you. But i must say, wordpress is very hard to deal with- slow responses and ineffective responses. It seems to be a common problem that people set up on a blog on wordpress temporarily in a spur of activity, they then lose interest and their blog ceases to be active shortly after, However 1) the blogs remain permanently on the internet ad 2) the blogs are uncontactable and effectively cease to exist and no one can be held to account. in this case, my personal data remains available for the world at large to read and i simply have no recourse to get rid of it decades later . All wordpress tells me is to contact the blog= despite the fact they moved on 10 years ago and is long gone and untraceable. His details re not published but mine are. I really think wordpress should have a policy whereby if a blog becomes inactive for more than a year or is uncontactable and therefore unaccountable the blog should automatically be deleted here is am 10 yrs later spending all this effort and time trying to get my data off the internet- data i never gave permission to be used in the first place and wordpress is no help ,

At this time, we do not have plans to recycle dormant sites. Please report the site following the options I linked you to, and we will help once the report has been properly filed.

I have tracked down the person who originally was associated with the wordpress blog. He stopped using it in 2013, it has been inactive then. The email associated with it was closed down at the same time and no longer exists. he wants nothing more to do with it and would be only too happy for the blog to be removed fro m the internet. He has got no where with wordpress in the past and now won’t waste any more time on it. wordpress refuses to remove the blog as no one can access the original email which was deleted many yrs ago. However, none of his personal data is on the site but MINE is. I have written to wordpress several times and unsurprising,y they are of no help and simply tell me to get a US court order ( i am in the UK). PLEASE PLESE help- it is nonsense that no one wants an old and very temporary website no longer and word press refuses to do anything. i want my data that i never gave permission to be published in the first place REMOVED

If I gave you the url of the page- there is only one page- could you help get it removed?
It seems crazy that one page nearly 10 yrs old, that no one is interested in , that infringes my privacy and copy rights, and even the website owner has no interest in keeping public any more, cannot be removed. Please can you take it down -
