old website

There is an old website nearly 10 yrs old, that was set up temporarily for a few months. It has not been used for nearly 10 yrs. The email associated with it also closed down nearly 10 yrs ago. HOWEVER, it published details about me without my consent or knowledge at the time. It is impossible for me to get this removed. I do NOT want my personal details broadcast to the world at large that i never consented to. I have tracked down the website owner, they moved on nearly 10 yrs ago and have nothing more to do with the website, they don’t want it online nay more either, but because the email no longer exists wordpress refuses to remove it or do anything. i have submitted requests myself to WP to remove my data eg under copyright, abuses etc but WP simply refuse to remove it or do anything. Pls can you help, i need this personal data removed.
