Old Website.

  Hello, I have a client who I am making a new website for. They have an old website they no longer want up online. They do not want to be associated with their old website anymore, but they don’t have access to it. https://oakparktherapydotnet.wordpress.com/

  This is the website she would like removed. How can I help her out? Is there a number she can call to help with this? She is the previous owner of this practice and it is no longer a practicing company. They are not able to access it through account recovery either

  There’s no way to email WordPress, I have to post in this forum, can someone please reach out from the customer service department. Thank you

  Wordpress.com doesn’t delete sites on demand. Only the owner is able to do so. So she’ll have to proof one way or another she is the rightfull owner of that site.

  We have some options so she can recover access to the account which owns the site at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once logged in under the correct account, the site can be deleted by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
