Hello,
My website was inactive for a few months due to an unpaid subscription. I would very much like to return to my previous design which was active until May/June.
How do I go about that?

Hey there,
Since you have signed back up for a site plan, we can restore your site to its previous design using a backup! The first thing we need to do is restore plugin access by visiting Settings > Hosting Configuration and then clicking Activate next to “Please activate the hosting access to begin using these features.”
Once your plugin access is restored, we can visit Jetpack > Activity Log to view your site backups. Once you have found the backup you wish to restore, select Restore. We also have a great help document that outlines this process here:
If your site’s plugin-enabled plan expired, features like plugins and third-party themes no longer work. This guide explains how to restore your site after you upgrade back to a WordPress.com Business or Commerce plan. Seven days after a plugin-enabled plan expires, the site is reverted, removing the plugin and third-party theme functionality. We retain backups of your site for 30 days froHope this helps! And if anyone else stumbles across this post and needs to sign back up for the Business account in order to restore your site, you can do so here:
