Old website address associated with deactivated account NEED TO REMOVE IMMEDIATELY THOUGH
-
A few years ago in 2010 I created an account on here I do not know the password for this account since it was so many years ago and when i try to sign into the email account with yahoo, that email has since been deleted due to inactivity for years. I cant access the email account to get the password reset to sign into the blog.
I need to remove a few pictures from that site due to the model having requested they be taken down for personal reasons. She has been asking me for about 3 years, i have reached out before and i was unable to provide any of the details, like en email from the said account or the API key that was in that email’s account that is no longer active. Yahoo will not reactivate the account because i havent used it in over 12 months.
I’m really struggling to find a way to just delete the photos or even the entire website to avoid any uneccessary issues. The model herself has also tried contacting wordpress as well to get them removed but they need my information which i have none to give. Is there any way i can just have the site removed?
Any help or any direction anyone could point me towards would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,
We cannot provide access to an account or delete a site under any circumstances unless you are able to verify that you are the owner of the site. You can find our process for recovering access to the account here:
or the API key that was in that email’s account that is no longer activ
WordPress.com sites do not use API keys, and an API key is not something that can be used to recover access to a WordPress.com site. What is the address of the site?

The address is
http://www.taylorharmonphotography.wordpress.comI’ve tried the account recovery but the issue is, it will send an email to the account it is tied with but that email account can no longer be accessed to receive the email for the password reset. The email provider is yahoo and they cant revive an account that hasnt been active for more than 12 months.

If you cannot provide the verification info we need there is no way that we can give you access to the account or delete the site.
I’ve sent you an email with more information.
