Old website not deleted

  I’ve deleted an old wp.com blog account + gravatar in the past—but the site is still showing up in google search results? I’ve tried logging in the old accounts to delete, but I can’t login because the account doesn’t exist anymore. How can I delete old site history so google doesn’t pull the site?
