Old website showing up after installing new theme

    I installed a new WP theme but my old website keeps showing up. I have cleared the cache on safari, chrome, the DNS on my computer and still the old one shows up. What else can I do to resolve this problem? When I refresh the page the new website shows up. But this does not fix the issue. Other people are seeing the old site as well. I am hosting through BLUE HOST and they do no see anything on their end. HELP!

    Hi,
    You have mentioned that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but on Blue host.

    Means You are using the open-source WordPress.org software hosted not on WordPress.com.
