Hallo,
I am seeking to access my WordPress page – Gerry Feehily – Europhrenia, which I have not used for 11 years. It was initially accessed via an email account which I think was (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). And I deleted these email accounts. I can of course provide ID to demonstrate proof of ownership.
I do not have transaction ID of any kind, as I don’t believe these existed at the time.

What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help. But if you do not have access to the email address that was used to create the account and to not have any of the other information that the account recovery process uses to verify ownership, there may not be anything we can do.

I’m almost sure it’s connected to this former mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff) – when I log on to wordpress it seems to accept this address, but I can’t remember the password from 11 years back and had no back up account at time.
Yes, I see that recovery is tough ID wise, based on security criteria not used then. Appreciate your reaching out though. I can furnish classic ID if it helps.

We never ask for that information when you sign up for a website, so it wouldn’t help in this instance.
