old wordpress account

i have had a wordpress site a while now…but haven’t used it for a while, i host my above domain with siteground. I have just paid for another years hosting as was hoping to migrate the already built website but when i log in using my lowegroup2000.com login, it as if i have never had an account ? Please help

The domain lowegroup2000.com is not registered, can you check if there are no typos? Also, are you paying Siteground for hosting? If so, you’re using the WordPress software, but your site is not hosted with us, WordPress.com, and thus we can’t help.
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

It would appear that my wordpress site is run through siteground my host…i still can’t find any of my old site data…it was under epcAndy.com ?
Looks like i’m going to have to start over ?

Yes, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
So, you’ll log in to it through https://epcandy.com/wp-login.php and not through us.

WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

As you were told above by a member of staff, your site isn’t to be found here at WordPress.com. It is over there on a Siteground server and you reach it directly at https://epcandy.com/wp-login.php
PS: Note the Namecheap domain for that site expires in a few weeks.
