Old WordPress Site Deleted

  Hi! I logged into my WordPress site that I’ve had since 2013, only to find ALL of my posts and drafts deleted, my site is gone and all of the sites I was following have also been removed. I would log into my wordpress every few months or so to read back on old posts, so it’s not like I left the site entirely logged out or anything. I have NO idea what has happened – any help and information would be much appreciated. Thanks.
