Old wordpress staging websites still active

  We have migrated away from wordpress a while ago, but it appears as though there are still some old staging websites that are active (and searchable through google). The url that was used to access the admin portal is now directed to a different server, so I cannot log in that way to remove these staging sites. Is there any way to still access the admin portal? Or any other way to remove these staging sites from google results?

  Thanks, the sites in question that we know about are https://ef1.369.mwp.accessdomain.com/ and https://03e.9e8.mwp.accessdomain.com/ . I’m not sure how many other staging sites like this still exist, but thank you for looking into it.
