Old Xanga Import Not Working

I’ve tried to import a Xanga xml file from my old blog and I receive an email saying it was successful, however, the posts are not showing on my blog. Ive tried 2 times today and tried 2 months ago as well. Maybe I am missing something? I’m new to wordpress but ive followed the steps to import Xanga .xml files with no luck. Any help would b greatly appreciated.

So just to confirm that the instructions on the guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-from-xanga/Are referring to the old Wp-admin, did you try to import them on the wp-admin dashboard? And still were unsuccessful?
Make sure they are in .xml format?
Also, to add, sometimes the file size is too big for it to import it as one file, can you try to import it in small bit files?
Let me know how it goes, if anything works, or the problem still persist..!

Those were the exact instructions I followed to a T. The file size is only 208 KB and it is in xml format. I made sure to double check all the information before asking for help lol.

Hi there,
Try and import the XML using the WordPress importer and not the Xaenga importer. I noticed that sometime does the trick.
