  How do I get older blogs on top?

  Hi Neil!

  Blog posts will always appear in reverse chronological order.

  However, I would like to offer you the following options as solutions:

  Creating sticky posts so certain blog posts always appear at the top:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

  The other option is to use a tool usually employed by authors who are creating chronoloigcal chapters for their work:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/#show-your-posts-in-chronological-order
